Trigger conditions are responsible for triggering or showing the upsell funnel.
Each campaign should have a trigger. Campaign widgets are displayed on thank you page only if the trigger condition is satisfied during checkout.
Types of Trigger
- Show on all products
Campaign widgets will be triggered and displayed on the thank you page for all products in the store
- Show specific products
Merchants will have the freedom to choose specific products as the trigger. The campaign will be triggered when any of the selected products are in the order
- Show on specific collection
Merchants can choose the collection as a trigger. The campaign will be triggered when any product in the selected collection is in the order.
- Show on above order value
The campaign will be triggered when the total order value is greater than the amount specified in the campaign trigger
